µC/Probe Trial Package
Download a 30 days trial package.
You can convert your 30 days trial package by Registering your µC/Probe copy.
For pricing, please go to Pricing (note: µC/Probe is sold on a per computer basis).
After you purchased a µC/Probe license, send the 'License ID' provided by µC/Probe (when you click on the 'Register' button) to µC/Probe, and the Micrium team will send you the License Key to activate your µC/Probe copy.
Download steps:
1.) Register to the Micrium website. If you don't already have an account, you will be asked to create one by clicking on the download icon below.
2.) This is the only web site approved by Micrium to download µC/Probe trial package.
3.) Note that support will only be provided to Licensees under maintenance.
